Cacao Ceremony - Journey Within

"Journey Within" is now a 3.5 hour self-love ceremony or ritual where we come together in circle to share and open our hearts.


We begin with some introductions and a grounding exercise.  This is then followed by a nourishing cacao ceremony, with beautiful music and candlelight.  During this time you journey within, in stillness and peace and open yourself up to receive - love, abundance, connection, whatever resonates with you. 

Following the Cacao ceremony, I will take you through a Yin Yoga heart opening sequence followed by a gentle Yoga Nidra (which is like a sleeping meditation where you remain awake & aware), though many fall asleep, and that is ok too!

We will round off the day with a share of experiences from the ceremony (only if you wish to share).


You go home ready for a peaceful evening and restful nights' sleep and a little gift from me to thank you for allowing me to hold space with you!

Cacao Ceremony

Let us come together and share the magical plant medicine that is Cacao.

Cacao is known to have a profound effect on us when we drink it - again, everything comes down to the intentions you hold.  I have found it to be heart-opening, it gives great clarity, makes space and capacity for abundant creative energy to flow, focus the mind and lifts the spirits. It has very much been part of my journey within!

It comes from the 'Criollo' Theobroma tree native to South America. Theobroma is literally translated as 'Theo' = God and 'Broma' = Food - Food of the Gods!


We will sip on Keith's Cacao as it is pure with no additions, no chemicals, so the quality is 100% pure.

Yin Yoga

Most popular forms of Yoga are dynamic, active, faster practices that work the body's muscles - this represents the 'Yang' aspect of our being.


Yin Yoga allows us to work the other half - the deeper 'Yin' tissues like our ligaments, joints, fascia and even our bones.


Yin Yoga is known as the path to meditation as it is an inward practice that helps build awareness, stillness and calmness.


'We do not use the body to get into a pose, we use the pose to get into the body'.


Yin Yoga provides physical, mental, emotional and energetic benefits and, for some, spiritual. The benefits you will enjoy will depend very much on your intention.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool to help you to relax consciously.


For absolute relaxation you must remain aware.

This is yoga Nidra, the state of dynamic sleep. It is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.


The term Yoga Nidra is derived from two Sanskrit words, Yoga meaning union and Nidra which means sleep. In Yoga Nidra, you appear to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. It is often referred to as physic sleep or deep relaxation with inner awareness.


In this threshold state between sleep and wakefulness, contact with the subconscious and unconscious dimensions occurs spontaneously.


The state of relaxation is reached by turning inwards, away from outer experience. It can help develop the memory, increase knowledge and creativity, or transform one's nature.
